today aft class had sec one orientation event .
i missed dance for orientation practice, although unwilling but i must noe how to see which is more important.
anyway, during debrief, we talked damn long.
talked abt the performances, which was great, according to excos.
but the processes were shitty, wasnt well planned at all.
so i guess we have to buck up on tht.
anyway, i reli have many flaws.
its a heart to heart thing with the sec 4 excos today and erm, everyone were honest with everyone and had clear some doubts.
for me, i am too lazy, tht one i noe la, it leads to me not being able to show leadership in slc dance practices.
i shld have tot of tht, its always impt to always keep TEAM in mind.
as long as team is in, all is fine.
i must work with my grp of CMs.
another thing, smth happened aft debrief but anyway, it was settled, i hope.
