mr gerard's words today reli set me thinking .
to be a leader is not about popularity , its not about just leading .
before a conductor conducts a band to play the song, he bows.
and after he bows, he turns to conduct the band.
the message here is : to be a leader, in this sense a conductor, one has to turn his back on the crowd, which depicts popularity.
also, to forget about your friends.
as one goes higher, sacrifices and decisions must be made .
some may even end up sacrificing your own relationship with a friend.

its the saying .
its damn true man..
if you can be a leader tht is popular, means you are also a leader tht is hated as equally as you are famous.
thts life.
the way things are cannot be changed, but you can change the way you think and feel about it.
you can grieve over the fact tht millions of ppl hate you, or u can smile abt the fact tht millions of ppl supports and understands you.
now i know what this means .
